Each class focuses on teaching a particular point/theme across several poses. Mastery comes from integrating each of the points consistently - a lifetime endeavor!
Wear comfortable clothing that allows me to see the shape of your shoulders and knees. See that it stays modest when you go upside down. We practice barefoot.
Come to class on an empty stomach, drink after practice.
Be early for class, 5-10 minutes. Prepare your props (a mat, 3 blankets, 2 blocks, a strap.) If you arrive late, wait quietly for the invocation to be completed before setting up.
